How long does setup take?
Usually under a week. NuroSparX imports your task sheet, adds the team and configures working hours and leave balances, followed by a 20-minute handover. Confirm your start date during the walkthrough.
What changes for our team?
Two simple daily habits: clock in when work starts and send a day plan by mid-morning. Leave requests, task updates and payslips move into the same workspace.
Can our accountant keep their existing process?
Yes. The monthly payroll CSV includes payees, gross pay, deductions, transfer dates and tax IDs. Your accountant can review the export in their existing workflow.
Does NORA work on mobile?
Pages work on a phone and the app can be added to the home screen. Clocking in is computer-only, as described in the supplied product specification.
Can we export our data?
Tables export to CSV inside the app, and a full export is available on request. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; ask about annual cancellation terms before choosing yearly billing.
