We may expand, modify, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- Indian clients will be billed in INR; international clients in USD or other supported currencies.
- Applicable taxes (GST for India, VAT for other countries) will be added.
- For retainers or monthly services, invoices will be raised as per agreed terms.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Marketing Services: Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Courses/Digital Products: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once access is granted, except in cases of duplicate billing or technical error.
- Subscriptions/Retainers: Clients may cancel future billing with 30 days’ written notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All creative assets, strategies, and frameworks developed by Nurosparx remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Digital products (courses, templates, e-books) are for personal/business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared without permission.
6. User Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate business details, timely approvals, and required platform access (e.g., ad accounts, analytics).
- Results from marketing efforts may vary depending on factors outside our control (competition, industry changes, ad platform policies, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or leads.
- Nurosparx is not liable for losses arising from third-party tools, ad platforms, or service interruptions.
8. Confidentiality
All confidential information shared between Nurosparx and the client (business data, strategies, credentials) will remain strictly confidential.
9. International Clients
- Nurosparx serves clients globally.
- Clients are responsible for compliance with their local tax and legal requirements.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
